The scheme features 16 apartments and basement ancillary space at a location adjacent to Bird Cage Walk.  It occupies a historic site within Birdcage Walk Conservation in close proximity to Buckingham Palace and St. James’ Park underground station, in clear view of 2 Queen Anne’s Gate, another scheme recently completed by the practice.  The scheme incorporates an extra level as well as a new structural core to improve circulation amenities, whilst retaining its historic façade and features.  The scheme is expected to commence mobilisation in the near future.
