Planning consent granted for 135 Grosvenor Road

The scheme features 9 apartments at a prime location overlooking the burgeoning Embassy Gardens promenade across the Thames from the North bank.  Our architecture and interior teams drew upon concepts of light and reflection to develop a high-quality scheme which employs sustainable systems such as solar panels and PV louvers as well as utilising hard-wearing materials which maintain their integrity over time.  Ancillary functions such as fitness and meeting spaces are provided at ground level.  A stacking layer system provides parking spaces for residents, internal cycle parking is also amply provided.
